This tenant improvement project is located within the mixed-use development, Soll Apartment Complex, in Des Moines, Iowa. Dr. Paige’s goal for her new business venture was to create an environment that is both welcoming and uplifting so that she can share her passion for chiropractic care and help her clients achieve their health goals. Working together, we created a floor plan that maximized every square foot to its fullest potential. The industrial look was achieved with exposed ceilings and ductwork, period light fixtures, and painted brick accent walls. Lightly stained wood and complementing paint colors were utilized to promote the branding of True Roots Chiropractic.
